Rick Ankiel's SP Top Prospects Chirography Auto

While looking on ebay, I noticed that there are quite a few of Rick Ankiel's SP Top Prospects Chirography Autograph cards listed as '98 issues. Just to clear things up, although it says 1998 on the back of the card, these are from the 1999 SP Top Prospects set. The '98 set's Auto's have a silver foil border, with a gold foil "SP" logo on the bottom right corner and a gold foil minor league team logo on the bottom left corner.
